This website is hosted as a static website with [Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, 80331 Munich / Cloudflare, Inc.] ("Cloudflare Pages"). When you access the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data, in particular:

• the IP address of the requesting device,
• date and time of access,
• requested URL and transferred data volume,
• browser type and version and operating system (user agent),
• referrer URL.

This processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable, and performant delivery of the website. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare. Insofar as data is transferred to the USA, the transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. [To be verified.]

This website does not set any cookies requiring consent and does not use any analytics or tracking services. Should this change in the future, this policy will be updated and — where required — consent will be obtained via a consent tool.

The fonts used (Geist, Geist Mono) are served locally from our own server. No connection to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts) is established, and your IP address is not transmitted to any font provider.

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (email address, name, content of the message, and any attachments such as a pitch deck) in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

Contact form

Via our contact form you can submit your name, email address, optionally a phone number and preferred appointment, your enquiry type, and a message. This data is processed exclusively to handle your enquiry and is delivered to us by email. Your data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for handling the enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.
